Return and Refund Policy

Hum chahte hain ki aap hamare product se santusht rahein.

Return kab mil sakta hai:
- Product damaged, defective ya galat aaya ho
- Delivery ke 7 din ke andar hume inform karna zaruri hai

Return ke liye:
- Hume apne order number ke saath photo/video proof bhejein
- Proof verify hone ke baad return ya replacement approve hoga

Refund:
- Approved return ke baad refund 5-7 business days me aapke original payment method ya bank account me aayega
- COD orders me refund bank transfer ya UPI se hoga

Cancellation:
- Order ship hone se pehle cancel kar sakte hain
- Ship hone ke baad cancel nahi hoga
